DELIVERY
Please note : we do not post or mail goods. Our service is either personal delivery or you can collect.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Should any item not be available we will inform you via email with an expected delivery date.
All prices include VAT. Prices & information on product availability is subject to change without notice.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We will exchange goods on a free-of-charge basis if any incorrect items have been supplied by us.
FAULTY GOODS
Owing to the nature of the games of cricket & hockey it is not possible to guarantee bats & sticks against breakage.
All bats & sticks will fail or break eventually. If a bat or stick is of faulty manufacture it will usually become apparent within 2 or 3 weeks of purchase.
We will not replace old, worn or abused bats & sticks.
Any other goods which are deemed to be faulty will be replaced/credited.
Excessive use or misuse of any product will not be considered a manufacturing fault.
