The Salix Cricket Bat Company was established back in 1990 with the aim of producing hand made cricket bats to an extremely high quality.

Its owner and founder, Andrew Kember, trained with a well known maker until 1989, then set up Salix as an independent cricket bat manufacturing company, capable of producing exceptional, hand made bats and high specification protective equipment.
